Event Description
Getting started in journalism can be tough. In that season, wouldn't it be great if every Bethel student had an established professional contact they could email with questions or for input on story drafts or their job search? Because of the growing network of the Johnson Center for Journalism, that vision is within reach. We're launching a new mentoring program between Bethel students and hand-picked local professionals who understand the importance of truth-seeking and ethics in journalism and want to invest in the next generation of young leaders.
Join us at the new Dunn Brothers Coffee in Arden Hills to hear updates on what's happening in journalism at Bethel, enjoy dinner and coffee, and get to know a young journalist who we've hand-picked for you. We hope this evening will be a laid-back and fun time of connection that will spark ongoing professional relationships that benefit all involved.
