Event Description

This winter/spring, there's a great lineup of experiences that can help you invest in your wellbeing!

Series 2: The Psychobiology of Fatigue
In this two part series, we'll explore why we're all feeling so incredibly tired these days. The first week will look at what is happening in our brains and bodies to induce such incredible fatigue. The second week will explore what can be done about this fatigue? How can we help our bodies and brains function better?

On Monday mornings, videos and/or handouts will be uploaded to the Lunch and Learn site. You'll have a few days to watch the videos, read through the materials, and work through any corresponding handouts—all from the comfort of your own desk. Feel free to "lunch and learn" anytime.

On Thursday of the same week, join Christine Osgood or another facilitator to debrief and discuss the topic of the week. In Zoom, enjoy a facilitated conversation, discussing what you have been thinking about as you have worked through the materials.
