Instructions for GuestsThe 15-passenger shuttle van, affectionately dubbed the "Party Bus," will be available to transport employees from Anderson Center to the Brushaber Commons loading dock (and return) for the All-Employee Party on May 31. Pickup will start at 12:15 p.m. until 1 p.m., and return trips will start at 2:30 p.m.

Event Description

All employees are invited to the annual All Employee Party. Join your fellow staff, faculty, and administrators at this year's event which will feature the first-ever Bethel-wide group trivia competition, a short program celebrating new employees, and a special honoring of longtime employee milestones.

This year's event will also include The Bethel Snack Shack! Come on over to the Monson Dining Center where a variety of special "snack bars" will be accessible throughout the trivia competition and program. Sample assorted desserts, walking tacos, popcorn with toppings, assorted raw veggies with hummus and dip, ice cream, and assorted sodas. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available.

Teams of 2 to 6 people are asked to sit together at tables on the main level and compete in the trivia contest throughout the event. Register using the link above. Winning teams will receive some great prizes!

  • 1st Place Team: Team Lunch at The Tavern Grill
  • 2nd Place Team: Movie passes to Emagine Theaters
  • 3rd Place Team: Treat coupons from Dairy Queen

Don't have a team? Don't worry! Sign up and teams will be formed for those who are interested!

The Trivia Competition/Program will begin at 1:30 p.m. Arrive starting at 1 p.m. to grab your snacks and find your spot.
