Event Description
Join Dr. Jeanine Parolini, MBA Program Director, along with MBA alumni, students, faculty, and their colleagues, for a 6.5-hour course on Project Management Skills Fundamentals (including a certificate of completion) taught by PMI-MN.
This is a dynamic overview of the in-demand topic of project management. Content will introduce project management processes, including triple constraints in planning and executing a project, resource and risk management, along with basic tools for successfully managing projects. This fun, interactive course will also give participants the chance to manage their own projects.
