Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Training: The CQ Team Experience

Interested in developing your Cultural Intelligence as a team?

We invite teams to participate in The CQ Team Experience.

The CQ Team Experience

Departments or offices are encouraged to have all their members complete the Moodle course "An Introduction to Cultural Intelligence" on their own. (More information about that course can be found here.) When all members have completed the course, a team can then sign up for "The CQ Team Experience."

During this CQ Team Experience, your team will map your department's Cultural Values and solve a cultural challenge using the framework of CQ. Enjoy a morning away from your normal routine to learn a bit more about one another and explore how Cultural Intelligence skills and capabilities could help your group solve challenging issues. Please note that each individual must complete the "An Introduction to Cultural Intelligence" course in Moodle before coming to the team experience.

There is no cost for The CQ Team Experience as long as all employees participating have completed "An Introduction to Cultural Intelligence." More information about the introductory course can be found here.
