NACCAP Fly In / Drive In

Bethel University is excited to welcome high school counselors for a Fly-In/Drive-In event prior to attending the NACCAP Annual Conference. This is a free professional development opportunity filled with workshops, discussion groups and networking. We look forward to having you on campus for this time of learning, professional growth, and encouragement. 

Please Note: 

• Space is limited to 20 participants

• Application deadline is April 30, 2026

• Applications will be reviewed, and you will be notified whether or not your application has been accepted. 

• Participants will receive up to $300 in travel reimbursement (you are welcome to fly or drive in).

• Details regarding the reimbursement process will be shared once your application has been accepted.  

Included: 

• On-campus housing is provided on Monday night before the NACCAP Annual Conference. 

• Dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday. 

Registration for the NACCAP 2026 Annual Conference is required for Fly-in/Drive-in participants. The conference runs June 9-11, 2026.

Tentative Schedule:

Monday, June 8, 2026

• 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Arrival and Check-in (Transportation from airport will be provided via Uber vouchers.)

• 5:30 pm: Welcome Session 

• 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner and Group Session

Tuesday, June 9, 2026

• 8:30 am: Breakfast

• 9:15 am: Group Session 

• 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Breakout Sessions 

• 12:30 pm - Lunch
