Church Connection Fair

The following details are for church participants. Register today!

Schedule

• 8:30-9 a.m. | Unload and Check-In | Brushaber Commons Atrium (BC), Level 2

• 9:15-10:15 a.m. | Welcome/Orientation and Breakfast for Church Representatives | Olson Boardroom, Brushaber Commons (BC), Level 4

• 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Final Set-Up and Fair | Brushaber Commons Atrium (BC), Level 2

Bethel University will provide each registered church with:

• 6-ft table for display and informational materials

• Two tickets for lunch in Monson Dining Center (you may purchase additional if needed)

Each registered church should bring:

• We will not provide any electric hookup. Plan on your laptop battery if you bring a laptop. No large electronics.

• A tablecloth or covering for a 6-ft table

• Information for students, such as maps to church, service times, transportation, service opportunities, small-group opportunities, etc.

• Optional: Edible giveaways, must be individually wrapped. Please keep this small and tasteful.

• Optional: Bring posters about your church that Bethel will post in designated places around campus (11 in. x 17 in. max). 6 copies, please. 

Instructions:

• Review a campus map to get familiar with campus locations.

• Please arrive by 8:30 a.m. to unload, park, and check in.

• Unload at Kresge Courtyard (between Nelson Hall and Wellness Center).

• Once you've unloaded, park in the East Lot.

• Drop off any posters at the check-in table.

• Attend the orientation at 9:15 a.m. in the Eastlund Room. Light breakfast included!

• Return to your table by 10:30 a.m. to finalize your table set-up.

• At 1 p.m., pack up your belongings. For your convenience, you may reload your vehicle in Kresge Courtyard if needed.

• If you haven’t yet, enjoy lunch in the Monson Dining Center (served until 2 p.m.).
