Event Description
Participants will be introduced to the Kim Constructive Conversations model for having difficult conversations. While this model can be used in any interpersonal situation, this particular series will focus on supervisor and supervisee relationships.
In session one, participants will be introduced to the model and will leave with knowledge of the model. Sessions two and Three will focus on a more in-depth training experience with application, reflection, and practice.
Participants will receive six continuing education hours for attending the three-part series.
Cancellations
Attendance at all scheduled sessions is required for credit allocation; missed sessions are non-refundable and ineligible for CEC distribution.
