Event description
Join us to explore how employers can build more neuroinclusive workplaces and create meaningful employment and internship opportunities for individuals with disabilities, including students in Bethel University's BUILD program.
The event will feature a presentation from Mind Shift on the value of a neurodiverse workforce, followed by an employer and employee/student panel sharing real-world experiences. Attendees will also have opportunities to network.
Employers will gain practical strategies for creating more inclusive workplaces, including accommodations and supports that can benefit all employees. The event will also highlight ways employers can partner with Bethel's BUILD program and Mind Shift to provide internships and long-term employment opportunities.
Our goal is for employers to leave encouraged, equipped, and ready to take a next step toward greater disability and neurodiversity inclusion in their workplaces.
