Event Description
Women of Faith. Women of Excellence. Women of Influence.
Join us for breakfast, discussion and a guest speaker as we explore the intersection of our faith,
lives, and careers. Our guest speaker will be Alicia (Nelson) Levno ‘09; Vice President of
Human Resources at Kensington Bank. She is also a proud Bethel business alum.
About our guest; Alicia Levno
Alicia is a Human Resources leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of HR roles and industries, most recently in community banking. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for collaboratively developing people-focused solutions that support both employee success and organizational goals. Alicia is passionate about employee engagement and believes that strong workplace cultures are built through intentional leadership, clear communication, and ongoing employee development. As a self-proclaimed, lifelong learner, Alicia earned bachelor’s degrees from Bethel University, majoring in Business - Human Resources and Psychology, and holds both a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Concordia University.
Alicia lives about an hour west of Minneapolis, Minnesota, along with her husband and two “tweens.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the sunshine at the lake, cheering on Villanova basketball and Iowa Hawkeye football, reading, drinking coffee, and dabbling in the kitchen.
