Event Description
The Department of Music will present violinist Miriam Genheimer, student of Angela Hanson, and flutist Emma Johnson, student of Trudi Anderson, in Senior Recitals. Miriam, accompanied by Herbert Johnson, will play the Allegro con fermezza from Khachaturian's Concerto in D Minor and will collaborate with violinist Jenna Rylaarsdam on Bach's Concerto for Two Violins. Emma, accompanied by Stephen Self, will play Bach's Sonata in E Minor, Mozart's Allegro from the Concerto in G Major, and Knussen's Masks. The two recitalists will collaborate to present Deux Interludes by Ibert. The recital is free and open to the public.
