Parking

Park in the West Lot. Overflow parking is located in the East Lot.

Curbside drop-off

Enter campus from the West. Take the first driveway on the left to drop guests off at the Community Life Center doors.

Ticket Office

The Ticket Office is located in the lobby of the Community Life Center. Pick up Will Call or purchase tickets (based on availability) up to 60 minutes before the concert.

Accessibility

Accessibility tickets are available by calling the Ticket Office at 651.638.6333. Wheelchairs are available for use during the concert on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prelude music

The Bethel Handbell Ensemble will perform a prelude in the lobby 60 minutes prior to the start of each concert. The organ prelude in Benson Great Hall begins 30 minutes prior to the start of each concert.

Late seating

We suggest arriving 45 minutes early. Doors to the Great Hall will open for seating 45 minutes before each performance. Late arrivals will be escorted to their seat at an appropriate time by an usher.

Length of performance

The concert is approximately 90 minutes without an intermission.
