Event Description
Titled Musical Adventure, this concert is bursting with variety and fun. From toe tapping marches, familiar great works for concert band, a visual celebration of our beloved National Parks, and the unforgettable music from Star Wars. The band will announce this year’s Student Incentive Scholarship Award winners and recognize the exceptional achievements of these talented young musicians.
The Shoreview Northern Lights Variety Band (SNLVB) is under the musical direction of Dr. Michael Scott. The band is a premier adult community band based in Shoreview, Minnesota. It has a membership of over eighty adult volunteer musicians. SNLVB is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and is governed by an elected Board of Directors.
