Event Description
The story of the Weiss family. Torn apart...reunited...
A Shayna Maidel is the story of two sisters, Rose and Luisa, who are thrown together after Luisa, a holocaust survivor, arrives in New York. Since Americanized Rose has not seen her sister for over 20 years, she balks at her father's command that Luisa move in. "I know Papa, I'm really very happy but we don't know each other. We're strangers." Act.1
Now the struggle to become a family begins.
