Photography and Videography

The ceremonies are now available on demand. 

A professional photographer will take individual photos of graduates as they receive their diploma cover on stage during the ceremony. To order your photo, visit www.pictureplace.com (event name is "Bethel") or call 651.426.0232.

Photography and videography are permitted in Benson Great Hall for brief timeframes. Quickly return to your seat after taking photos of your graduate to free up the aisle for other guests. Tripods are not allowed; monopods are permitted.

Maps and Directions

Benson Great Hall is in the Community Life Center near the West Lot. Parking is available in the West or East Lot. View our campus map of Bethel University to find these locations.

Ceremony Seating

Benson Great Hall seating is on a first-come basis, no ticket is required. When the Great Hall is filled guests will be directed to overflow seating with closed-circuit viewing of the ceremony.

Young Children

Because the ceremony is formal and the acoustics are lively, you are encouraged to make other arrangements for babies and young children. Children must be supervised at all times. Overflow seating with closed-circuit viewing of the ceremony is available.

Accessibility

All facilities and parking on campus are accessible to individuals with disabilities. For accessible seating in Benson Great Hall, please arrive early. Ushers will assist guests with special seating needs. If you need a sign language interpreter or have questions about accessible seating or other needs, please email Conference and Event Services at conference-event@bethel.edu. The route from the ceremony to the reception is a moderate walking distance with stair and elevator options. A limited number of complimentary wheelchairs are available, ask an usher about availability.
