Benson Great Hall seating is on a first-come basis, no ticket is required. When the Great Hall is filled guests will be directed to overflow seating with closed-circuit viewing of the ceremony.
Because the ceremony is formal and the acoustics are lively, you are encouraged to make other arrangements for babies and young children. Children must be supervised at all times. Overflow seating with closed-circuit viewing of the ceremony is available.
All facilities and parking on campus are accessible to individuals with disabilities. For accessible seating in Benson Great Hall, please arrive early. Ushers will assist guests with special seating needs or hearing needs. If you need a sign language interpreter or have questions about accessible seating or other needs, please email Conference and Event Services at firstname.lastname@example.org. The route from the ceremony to the reception is a moderate walking distance with stair and elevator options. A limited number of complimentary wheelchairs are available, ask an usher about availability.
