Wednesday, October 3

Homecoming Chapel - 2018 Seminary Alumna of the Year

Worship with the Bethel community and hear from our 2018 Seminary Alumna of the Year (to be announced).

Friday, October 5

Homecoming Chapel - 2018 CAS Alumnus of the Year

10:15–11 a.m. | Benson Great Hall

Worship with the Bethel community and hear from our 2018 College of Arts and Sciences Alumnus of the Year (to be announced).

Free Family Movie Night— "Incredibles 2"

Doors open 6 p.m., Movie at 6:30 p.m. | Benson Great Hall

Gather with other Bethel alumni and their families for a free movie night open to all. Please note: this movie is rated PG.

Volleyball vs. College of Saint Benedict

7 p.m. | Robertson Center Gym

Cheer on the Bethel Royals women's volleyball team as they take on St. Ben's. Alumni will be recognized between sets two and three. Rep your navy and vegas to support the Royals.

Saturday, October 6

Department Open Houses

10–11 a.m. | Various locations on campus

A number of Bethel’s undergrad academic departments will host open house events on Saturday morning. Stop by to reconnect with faculty and other alumni and learn what’s new in your department! (Psssst… The Business and Economics Department will be showing off their new space in the Robertson Center!) More details coming soon.

BUYA Tailgate at Lake Johanna

11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | Tony Schmidt Regional Park, Lake Johanna

Alumni 10 years out and less are invited to join the Bethel University Young Alumni (BUYA) group for a tailgate by Lake Johanna, featuring Natedogs (Nathan Beck ‘96)—“2017 Hot Dog Vendor of the Year” and lawn game tournaments.

Women's Soccer vs. Gustavus Adolphus College

1 p.m. | Ona Orth Athletic Complex

Cheer on the Bethel Royals women's soccer team as they take on Gustavus. Rep your navy and vegas to support the Royals.

Football Game vs. Saint John’s University

1–4 p.m. | Royal Stadium

Cheer on the Bethel Royals football team as they take on St. John’s. Meet up with friends at tents on the end of the field, enjoy concessions, and rep your navy and vegas to support the Royals.

Men's Soccer vs. Gustavus Adolphus College

3:30 p.m. | Ona Orth Athletic Complex

Cheer on the Bethel Royals men's soccer team as they take on Gustavus. Rep your navy and vegas to support the Royals.

All-Class Reunion Reception

5:30–9 p.m.| Monson Dining Center, Brushaber Commons (BC), Level 3

Gather with all alumni for an All-Class Reunion Reception to celebrate Homecoming, gathering together in the DC like back in the good ‘ol days. Reconnect with friends from all class years, take photos in the photo booth, enjoy heavy appetizers, and make memories to last a lifetime. Plus, some classes are meeting up for a special reunion afterwards. Find your reunion year here.

Homecoming Hymn Sing

3 p.m. | Benson Great Hall

Join Bethel alumni, families and friends for a delightful afternoon of hymn singing. Registration for this event is coming soon.


Class Reunions

Celebrate with all Bethel alumni at the All-Class Reunion. In addition, the following groups will celebrate their reunion together this year: the undergrad classes of 1968, ‘73, and '93 and the Bethel Seminary Class of 1968. We'll also hold a Platinum Alumni Breakfast for the undergrad classes of 1943, '48, '53, '58, and '63. Find out what's being planned for class reunions.

Any and all alumni are invited to help plan your class reunion to make it special and unique to your class! Any class year can host a reunion, but we need your initiative and passion to gather your classmates together.
