Tips from previous residency participants
- Read all your books prior to residency. This will really help your learning and assignment completion during residency.
- Be sure to purchase your StrengthsFinder 2.0 book new. There is an access code associated with each new book that will be used for the online assessment.
- Having a car is highly recommended.
- Bring your laptop or iPad.
- The library is a great quiet area for studying.
- Work hard to get all your homework done while at residency. The break afterward is very needed for rest from residency and preparing for work.
- Do not be concerned about not knowing anyone; most first-year cohort members don’t know anyone, either.
