Dual Degree: MBA and M.A. in Strategic Leadership

Two MBA program students participating in a friendly discussion

Bethel’s MBA/MASL dual degree will save you time as you obtain two master’s degrees: the MBA and Master’s of Arts in Strategic Leadership (MASL). Today’s leaders need both technical business expertise and big-picture strategic skills to confidently and effectively lead organizations. The dual degree option prepares you for the complexities of leading any for-profit or non-profit organization. With our dual degree, you’ll be ready for leadership in the challenging and constantly changing business environment.

How does it work?

The MBA and MASL degrees share six common courses, so when you finish one program, you’ve already halfway finished the other program. You’ll earn two master’s degrees, save time and money, and increase your marketability.

Through the dual degree option, you’ll gain skills that will allow you to effectively manage daily business operations and develop a compelling, shared vision for the future. You’ll be well prepared professionally, intellectually, personally, ethically, and spiritually to lead in your field.

How do I sign-up?

Whether you’re in the MBA program or the MASL program, you can decide at any time before the completion of your program to pursue the dual degree. As a current student, you can email your student success advisor to get a customized course schedule and get started toward your dual degree.

If you’re considering the MBA or the MASL program and are also interested in the dual degree option, please contact admissions.
