Welcome to the 2021 Bethel Study!

Participants are encouraged to use the data collection worksheet (pdf)  prior to submitting the actual survey below.

How will survey results be reported?

  • Survey results that do not identify individual schools will be shared within the CCCU via email and at a webinar in December 2021.  A public version of the slideshow will be available on our website.
  • Results that identify specific schools' information will only be shared with schools who supply complete survey information.  A full report will be emailed to each participating school.
