Seeking Truth in a "Post-truth" World

In late 2016, Oxford dictionary editors chose their word of the year: “post-truth,” defined as “belonging to a time in which truth has become irrelevant.” What does this mean for followers of Jesus, who called Himself “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6)? What does this mean at a Christian university? Six faculty members at Bethel University in St. Paul—representing diverse academic disciplines—offer their thoughts on “fake news,” the age-old question of truth, and the search for truth in a post-truth era.
