Wellness Center

Bethel’s Wellness Center (WLC) provides innovative facilities and programming to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle. We cultivate a welcoming and uplifting Christ-centered atmosphere where students, employees, and alumni seek wellbeing together. With 11,000 square feet of fitness space across two floors—including the Penz Strength Center, a cardio floor, and a group fitness studio—you’ll find numerous ways to be fit and active.

Hours

The WLC is closed for chapel 10:10-11 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Regular hours

Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m.-11 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m.-8 p.m.

Summer schedules change annually. Please see the Penz Strength Center Schedule for updated summer hours.

Equipment and fitness classes

Students and employees receive free access to the Wellness Center. That includes cardio and strength training equipment, along with group fitness classes ranging from yoga to HIIT and beyond. Check schedules online or in the app.

Resources and support

Access tools that make healthy living easier, including the Bethel Wellness app, workout programs, and day-use locker rooms. And pursue wellness beyond the Wellness Center through recreation, dining, counseling, and support services.
