As a college navigator, I support first-year students in their transition to college and connect them with resources.

What’s your favorite thing about Bethel University?

The people—students, faculty, and staff—are genuine and caring, creating a close-knit community.

What do you enjoy most about working with first-year students?

First-year students are embarking on their journey of learning more about themselves, how they see the world, and what God is calling them to do. I love getting to learn about their passions and support their journey.

Before working at Bethel, what were you doing?

Before joining the team at Bethel, I had a unique journey that blended both professional experience and education. I spent two years as a student here, but prior to that, I worked as a public speaking coach for students around the world, mentored a team of interns, and served in the marketing department at a well-known Twin Cities radio station—98.5 KTIS! Each of these roles deepened my passion for walking alongside others in their personal journey, helping them become who God created them to be.

More about me...

I’m a second-degree black belt who can rap the Bill of Rights, write with both hands, and tell a solid dad joke—all while sipping coffee and snacking on chocolate. When I’m not outdoors hiking or biking, you’ll find me reading historical fiction, crocheting something cozy, or playing piano. Oh, and I once helped set a Guinness World Record—because life’s more fun with a few unexpected twists.
