Event Description
Inspired by the "Soundwaves" theme, the program spans a variety of musical genres. Selections include marches, favorite melodies from the movies Encanto and The Greatest Showman, sci-fi video game music, and a classic piece from Wagner's opera Lohengrin.
The band is a premier adult community band based in Shoreview, Minnesota. It has a membership of over eighty (80) adult volunteer musicians. Dr. Michael Scott is the Music Director. The SNLVB is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and governed by an elected Board of Directors. More information and a history of the band is at www.snlvb.com.
