Photography

The Office of Marketing and Communications hires professional photographers to take care of Bethel's photography needs. If you think you need some photography, let us know and we'll see if we either already have photos that fit your need or if we can accommodate your request the next time a photographer is on campus.

Staff Portraits

Bethel offers the opportunity to all staff members to have a professional portrait taken to be displayed on the web page for each office as well as for staff members’ personal use. Please fill out this form to request a portrait for you or someone in your office.

Videography

We offer video support and consultation to meet a variety of community needs. Contact our team with video requests for your office or department.

Academic Department Videos

We create short, compelling videos to highlight unique features, accomplishments, and stories of academic departments.

Community Stories

Bethel’s community is special, and sometimes video is the best way to show that. We’ve made videos to highlight Welcome Week, our Covenant Community, our Seminary, and other things that make Bethel a unique place to go to school.

Special Events

Every year we create a video Christmas greeting for our community. We’ll continue to use video for holidays and other special events.

Things to Consider

Video can be an exciting, compelling, and attention-grabbing way to reach our audiences and tell our story. But there are a couple of important things to consider before you take on a video project.

Budget

Video is expensive to produce and maintain. It’s important to think about available budget before you request a video.

Timeline

Video can take a while to produce, and quick turnaround times are a challenge. Make sure you plan far enough in advance when you’re making a video request so there’s enough time to finish the project.

Sustainability

It doesn’t take long for video to go out of date. Do you have the resources to update video year after year? If not, you may want to consider other ways to share your message.
