Classes Cancelled on April 11

Due to ice and snow, all day classes at Bethel University are cancelled for Thursday, April 11. This includes classes for Bethel Seminary St. Paul and the College of Arts & Sciences. A decision about evening classes for the College of Adult & Professional Studies, Graduate School, and Bethel Seminary will be made by 2 p.m. All non-essential services, including the on-campus Child Development Center, are closed. The King Family Foundation Child Development Center and Monson Dining Center will remain open.
Non-exempt or hourly employees should mark the time on their timesheets in the “emergency” column. Exempt or salaried employees need not report anything on their leave reports. Please refer to the "Campus Emergency and Campus Closing Policy" in the Employee Handbook for more detailed information on timesheets.
The following events scheduled for April 11 will be rescheduled:
- HR Panel Discussions, Career Development and Calling
- Resume Workshop, Career Development and Calling
- Core Value: Reconcilers Seminar, Human Resources
- Strengths Finder, Human Resources
Emily Harding’s senior recital will be held as scheduled in Benson Great Hall at 8 p.m.
