Senior Earns NSCAA Men's Soccer All-Region Honors

The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) recently named senior Ryan Ness a Men's Scholar All-Region player. Ness, who currently possesses a 3.58 GPA as a biokinetics and pre-physical therapy major, was one of 28 players recognized to the NSCAA NCAA Division III, National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), and National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-North/Central Region list.

Ness received All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) accolades for the second consecutive season and led the Royals in points for the second straight year with 15 on four goals and seven assists. The Elk River, Minnesota, native became the first Bethel University player to receive consecutive league awards since Andreas Scott in 2010.

Ness finished his career ranked among Bethel's Top 11 in three statistics categories. Ness’s 13 assists rank ninth all-time, while his 16 goals and 45 points both rank 11th in Bethel's program records.
