The Office of Admissions employs a group of four dynamic students to represent Bethel University to prospective students and their families who visit the campus during the summertime. 

Student employees will graciously serve in a variety of capacities including: Conducting individual and group tours, answering phones, scheduling campus visits, putting together packets of information, responding to emails from prospective students, and provide additional administrative assistance to the Admissions Office staff. Other duties will be assigned dependent on the adapting business needs. This paid position and offers valuable leadership experience in a fun team-oriented environment.

Previous admissions experience preferable, demonstrated ability to work well on a team, self-motivated, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Key responsibilities include: safe operation of a large passenger vehicle (occasionally during inclement weather); providing on-time transportation of Bethel community members on and off campus; maintaining documentation logs; keeping vehicles fueled and clean. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have had a U.S. driver's license for a minimum of 3 full years. Requires a good driving record.
