Learning in Community

At Bethel, community is a feeling and an experience. It's marked by a deep respect for our differences as well as a unique connection that comes with pursuing the same goals. This means celebrating the things that make us unique and sharing the things we have in common. Our different ethnicities, abilities, backgrounds, and experiences shape who we are and what we care about. We bring to Bethel, and freely share, our own perspectives and opinions. And we believe that's a very good thing.

Our many differences, however, can sometimes pose challenges or cause misunderstandings, which is why we work to be reconcilers. We won't allow oppression, through words or actions, and we will work for justice and peace wherever we can-on campus, online, in our neighborhoods, and around the world.

Campus Safety

At Bethel University, we are committed to creating a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to promote public safety through education, awareness and enforcement.
