What we study

Our research primarily focuses on face recognition in cases of acquired and developmental prosopagnosia (sometimes called face blindness). We conduct our studies online, for those living far from the lab, and at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. We collaborate with other universities in Boston, Vancouver, and the United Kingdom.  We also conduct studies on how people without prosopagnosia recognize faces, and we are always recruiting control subjects for participation.

Recruiting participants

We are currently recruiting adults with developmental and acquired prosopagnosia for a series of studies aimed at characterizing prosopagnosia. We are also adding to a list of people that would be interested in a future training study aimed at improving face recognition. Finally, we are currently recruiting children and their families for upcoming studies examining how prosopagnosia manifests itself in childhood. If you are interested in participating in our studies, please use our contact form to message Dr. Corrow directly.
