When your draw time arrives, log in to MyHousing available through MyBethel (click the Housing & Meals link in the Tools & Resources menu).

After you're logged into MyHousing:

  • Under the "ROOM SELECTION Process” heading, click on the “Select a Room/Suite" button.
    • When selecting from the room list, select filter criteria, if desired, or search all available rooms.
    • Click "Search Available Rooms." If your search is empty, that hall or floor is full. Try reducing the search criteria.
    • Click "Select Room".   
    • Use the drop-down boxes to add all roommates to room.
  • Review to confirm the correct room and roommates are displayed.
  • Click the “Submit Room Selection” button after proofing.

*No changes can be made after clicking the "Submit Room Selection" button.

An automatic email is sent to confirm the room you've selected.

MyHousing Home page will also be updated immediately and you'll be able to see your roommate's name and email. If you're the first one to select the room, watch this page for a roommate to be added.
