Heritage offers 44 three-bedroom suites for six upperclassmen students.
Each suite has:
- 3 bedrooms
- Living room with couch and coffee table
- Kitchenette
- 3-room bathroom (separate sink, toilet, and shower rooms)
Each bedroom has the following for each student:
- Bed, extra-long twin
- Dresser
- Desk and chair
- Wardrobe
- Wireless internet (ethernet computer ports are also available)
