Moving in
All summer housing check ins (summer room) and checkouts (spring room) must take place between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Monday, May 25. No late check-in times—plan accordingly! You'll first need to pick up your key for your summer room at the Wingblade shack, then move all your belongings in, then go back to your spring hall for your checkout with an RA from that hall (be sure this is scheduled ahead of time). Your spring room must be completely emptied and cleaned prior to your checkout time.
Moving out
Summer session ends on Saturday, August 1.
Students moving off campus must:
- set up a check-out with a summer housing staff member at least 48 hours in advance
- be checked out by 4 p.m. on the agreed upon check-out date on the housing application—any student checking out after 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 1 will be charged a $75 late fine per day
You are responsible for setting up a time to check out and turn in your key. Contact your summer housing staff member at least two days in advance to set up your time.
