On-Campus Housing Details

Monthly Payment Structure

  • $1,600/month for a two-bedroom suite
  • $1,100/month for a one-bedroom suite
  • Utility fees related to gas, electric, water, garbage, recycling, air conditioning, and internet are included in the monthly rate
  • All monthly invoices will be sent to you via the 'Square App' and payment is due upon receipt

Room Information

  • Available rooms will be located in the North Village Wingblade Hall building
  • All rooms are unfurnished and adding student housing furniture is not an option
  • One- or two-bedrooms
  • Full kitchen
  • Full bathroom
  • Living room
  • Dining space
  • Air conditioning units

Other Information

  • You must be enrolled as a student and be actively pursuing classes to fulfill a degree during your occupancy. Should your status change, your lease will cease upon that change
  • Pets are not allowed, no exceptions
  • Move-in dates are on a rolling basis and as space allows
  • Communal laundry machines are available on each floor free of charge
  • Parking permits are issued through the Security and Safety Office
  • Roommates are allowed pending they are also enrolled and pursuing classes in a Bethel University program. Monthly rental rate costs for those with roommate situations will be dictated in the actual lease
  • A spouse and/or legal children are allowed. Proof of relationship will be required to submit
  • We are a Tobacco-, Drug-, and Alcohol-Free campus
  • All residents must abide by Bethel University's Student Standards and Basis of Conduct, Covenant for Life Together, and all University policies
