New Trauma Emphasis for Psychology Students in the College of Adult & Professional Studies

College of Adult and Professional Studies students pursuing their bachelor’s degree in psychology can now add a trauma emphasis to their major. Three newly developed courses are being offered without any prerequisites in order to better facilitate a trauma-informed program.

Human Services
In Bethel’s B.A. in Psychology program, you'll learn through the lens of our unique, trauma-informed approach to psychology—but it won’t just be through textbooks. You'll have opportunities to participate in research and gain significant hands-on experience that will set you apart in the job market. When you graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, you'll also be qualified for admission to Bethel's M.A. in Counseling and M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy programs.
