Jan Mrozinski, M.Ed., M.A.

Career Coach & Adjunct Faculty

Jan works with alumni and current undergraduate and graduate students as they explore career pathways, choose majors, create resumes and cover letters, search for jobs and internships, and explore their unique personalities and interests. As a Career Specialist, Jan draws on her own experiences of taking a career break, switching majors, and making multiple career shifts.

Education Background: M.Ed. in Education from Bethel University, M.A. in Professional Counseling from Colorado Christian University, B.A. in Individual/Family Studies with a minor in Business Management from Kent State University

Interest Areas: Special education, mental health, course development

Hobbies: Game nights with family and friends, gardening, outdoor exercise

Stan Thompson, MBA

Director of Vocation, Pathways and Partnerships

Stan has 20+ years of leadership and people development experience in banking, churches, a private school, and a disability services nonprofit. At Bethel, Stan supports our Career Specialists and works to enhance the services we offer to best align with the career development needs of all Bethel students. This happens through connecting and collaborating with Bethel faculty and staff, as well as alumni and partner organizations to provide opportunities for Bethel students to prepare for the work that God has uniquely designed them to do. Stan is a 2021 graduate of Bethel’s MBA program, has a BA in music with an emphasis in guitar performance, and still loves playing guitar.

Ali O'Reilly

Internship and Employer Relations Coordinator

Ali collaborates with students, faculty, and external organizations to coordinate internships and other forms of experiential education. She is passionate about the power of learning through experience and loves to connect students to opportunities that clarify their career goals and enhance their professional development. 

Education Background: B.A. in Communication Studies from Bethel University and an Masters of Organizational Leadership from University of Northwestern- St. Paul

Interest Areas: Experiential Learning, social mobility research and initiatives, health and wellness

Hobbies: Trying out new restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul, paddle boarding and tubing on my grandparents' lake, and spending time with my family.
