COVID-19 FAQs for Event Guests
Do I have to pre-register for an event?
Yes. Only registered guests will be allowed onto campus.
When can I arrive?
Arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event.
How do I get on campus?
You will be greeted by a security officer at our west entrance checkpoint, where you will be asked health screening questions. All guests must be registered in advance of an event. Please contact your event host if you are not registered. Unregistered visitors will not be permitted on campus. Ridesharing services (Uber, Lyft, MetroMobility, etc.) are allowed on campus, but will need to register the service with Safety and Security prior to their arrival by calling 651.638.6400.
Do I have to wear a mask?
All Bethel employees and guests are required to wear a face covering while in public campus spaces.
Can I gather with other attendees before or after the event?
Networking and other connection opportunities are discouraged indoors. Guests may gather outdoors where they are able to practice social distancing.
Will food and beverages be available on campus?
If your event host is not providing food and beverages, our food service provider will be offering services at various times. Royal Grounds (Brushaber Commons, level 2), 3900 Grill, and Monson Dining Center (Brushaber Commons, level 3) may be open during your visit. Look for posted directions on how to place orders.
