When can I arrive?

Arrive no more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event.

How do I get on campus?

You will be greeted by a security officer at our west entrance checkpoint, where you will be asked health screening questions. All guests must be registered in advance of an event.  Please contact your event host if you are not registered. Unregistered visitors will not be permitted on campus. All Bethel employees and guests are required to wear a face covering while in public campus spaces.

Can I gather with other attendees before or after the event?

Networking and other connection opportunities are discouraged indoors. Guests may gather outdoors where they are able to practice social distancing.
