EMS & Room Scheduling
Bethel uses EMS, an event management system, to manage campus spaces and resources. Faculty, staff, and approved student workers can use EMS to request rooms for meetings and events, schedule recurring reservations, and request resources and services.
Students reserving space for a club or group meeting can visit the Loft on the Brushaber Commons (BC) fourth floor or Scheduling Services in CLC121. The name of a faculty or staff advisor is required.
Non-Bethel groups can explore rental options at bethel.edu/rentals.

How to make a room request
EMS allows you to reserve more than a single meeting space. You can request multiple dates and times, schedule recurring meetings, add setup and teardown time, and request resources such as tables or technology support.
Use these guides to complete common tasks:

EMS basics
You can request a space through EMS until noon on the business day before your meeting or event.
For example, requests for Tuesday close at noon Monday. Requests for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday close at noon Friday.
Book the room using the actual start and end times of your meeting. Add setup and teardown time on the final page of the request so EMS displays an accurate schedule for others using campus spaces.
If you no longer need a room, cancel your reservation so the space becomes available to others
