Policies

Here is a summary of our campus event policies. If you have a unique event or request please contact our team.

• All Bethel campuses are smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free.

• Latex (balloons, gloves, etc.), glitter, open flames, fireworks, and firearms are prohibited.

• Food served in a booked space must be provided by Sodexo, Bethel’s exclusive food service provider for 3900 campus.

  • Outside caterers, restaurants, and food prepared at home are not allowed at any event held on the 3900 Campus, including the Lakeside Center. Events held at Anderson Center are excluded from this policy at this time.

  • Catering policies and request form.

• You may book a meeting space in EMS Web App up to noon on the business day before your meeting.
