As a catering service, our main focus is food. Our professional chefs are dedicated to providing high quality meals and desserts.
The quality of your food, however, does not depend upon the chefs alone. You can also rely on our diverse, service-oriented staff. In addition to their day-to-day experience on the job, every member of the catering department receives monthly training on food and beverage services.
No matter what your needs are, from basic coffee services to outdoor events with an unlimited number of guests, our goal is to provide you with quality and innovative catering services.
We cater for a wide range of events, and our menu reflects this range. We have options for box lunches and picnics or even just coffee, but we can also serve full dinners with main courses like Filet Mignon or Apple and Almond Chicken.

Sodexo is the exclusive on-campus food service provider for Bethel's St. Paul campus and is equipped to provide both excellent food and food safety to our community. All campus events are required to use Sodexo for catering needs. Third-party catering is prohibited unless specifically approved by the office of Campus Services.
Our online form will guide you through all of the necessary steps of gathering the information we need to make your event just right. We hope this tool will benefit you as a customer and simplify the event-planning process.
Catering arrangements and menu selections should be confirmed 3 business days prior to your event. While we can sometimes accommodate your needs with less than 3 days lead time, sufficient notice allows us to schedule production and staffing. Catering requests received less than 3 business days prior to your event are assessed a $50 late fee.
