Each of the 8 core stations in the Monson Dining Center offer gluten-free menu options. A "Gluten-Free" sticker will help you identify items on a stations daily menu that are gluten-free, so your options will change daily.
Some items are available by request, so please feel free to ask our chefs to help you find these items. Our staff is trained in proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
Oatmeal and cream of rice cereal are available in the soup wells at breakfast time.
A large variety of vegetable and protein-based items are available at the "Make Your Own Salad" bar to be combined for a customized gluten-free salad at lunch and dinner.
Vinaigrette-based salad dressings are gluten-free with 2 options available daily as well as olive oil and vinegar.
At our "Salad Toss" bar there are 4 core salads and a LTO (Limited Time Offer) offer daily. Also, 3 core items—the Garden Vegetable Salad, Caesar Salad, and Chicken Caesar Salad—are all gluten-free (our Caesar dressing contains no modified corn starch).
Made-to-order omelets are available during breakfast and may contain a variety of vegetable and protein-based ingredients.
Gluten-free pasta and rice sticks are available upon request for made-to-order pastas during lunch and dinner.
Alfredo sauce is house made with a cornstarch base that is gluten-free.
Our house marinara sauce is also gluten-free.
Gluten-free rice wraps and/or gluten-free breads are available upon request for made-to-order sandwiches during lunch and dinner.
LTO (Limited Time Offer) specials can also be made with gluten-free wraps or bread substitutions.
Vinaigrette dressings and olive oil and vinegar are available as a gluten-free substitute for mayonnaise-based spreads.
A large variety of vegetable and protein-based items are available at the made-to-order Explore Asian station to be combined in a customized gluten-free stir fry.
Our Curry sauce and Tamari (soy substitute) are gluten-free sauce options to combine with a stir fry.
Jasmine rice is also gluten-free.
Lunch and dinner menus are on a rotation, and this concept line has new items daily. Please check with our chef for gluten-free option that are available for that particular day.

Also, be sure to try our hand-rolled vegetable sushi and spring rolls!
A variety of breakfast foods provided are gluten-free: eggs, cheesy eggs, hash browns, breakfast potatoes, sausage, etc. Please note that eggs may be cooked on the same surface as other breakfast items containing gluten such as pancakes or french toast.
During lunch and dinner, gluten-free hamburger buns are available upon request. Leaf lettuce may also be substituted for a hamburger bun.
Rice tortillas may be substituted for flour tortillas for quesadillas upon request.
Please note that french fries may be fried in the same oil as items containing gluten. Baked french fries are available upon request.
A variety of rotating gluten-free desserts such as brownies, cakes, monster cookies, and donuts are available upon request during lunch and dinner.
