Locations

All of our locations are within the Brushaber Commons student center. We are right at the hub of student activity on campus, and have the advantage of sharing the building's attractive interior design, accent lighting, and huge windows overlooking Lake Valentine. This means that in addition to offering good food, we give you a beautiful place to share it.

Monson Dining Center

The Monson Dining Center, located on the third level of the Brushaber Commons, is Bethel University’s main dining hall, and we’re open during most of the school day. In our all you care to eat dining hall, students can choose from any of our nine stations, from the salad bar to made-to-order-pasta or stir fry—and don’t forget to grab dessert. The Monson Dining Center is made to be an dine-in facility, giving students the room to spread out between the spacious main floor and the quieter balcony level of the seating area. For students on the go between classes, they can choose take out with the reusable to-go program.

3900 Grill

One of our two retail locations, the 3900 Grill (named for Bethel’s address at 3900 Bethel Drive), is just outside the Monson Dining Center. Here you can order hot items like grilled specials, mediterranean cuisine, and paninis. Our staff will cook your food fresh and put it in a to-go box for you to take with you or you can dine-in with friends in the seating area.

Royal Grounds

Our school coffee shop is called Royal Grounds. Here we serve Caribou Coffee, our own specialty drinks, NRgize smoothies, and boba teas. We also sell cold to-go items, like sandwiches and salads, and baked goods, such as Bruegger's bagels and house made scones, sweet bread loaves, and cookies.

Catering

Whether you need food for a large seated event to a coffee refreshment break, Sodexo catering is here to serve you and your guests. As the exclusive catering provider for Bethel University, we will work with you to meet any catering needs, whether formal or informal, for groups big or small.
