Each of the 8 core stations in the Monson Dining Center offer vegan menu options. A "Vegan" sticker will help you identify items on a stations daily menu that are vegan, so your options will change daily.
Some items are available by request, so please feel free to ask our chefs to help you find these items. Our staff is trained in proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
Fresh hand fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, etc.) are available at every meal and fresh cut fruit is available during breakfast.
Hot cereal and toppings are available at breakfast in the soup wells.
A large variety of vegetable and protein-based items are available at the "Make Your Own Salad" bar to be combined for a customized vegan salad at lunch and dinner.
Vinaigrette-based salad dressings are vegan with 2 options available daily as well as olive oil and vinegar.
At our "Salad Toss" bar there are 4 core salads and a LTO (Limited Time Offer) offer daily. The Garden Vegetable Salad is also vegan.
The LTO salads change daily on a rotating basis, and the chef can assist with which LTOs are vegan.
Our house made pizza crust, punch pizza crust, and house marinara sauce are all vegan.
Rice tortillas and soy cheese are available upon request.
A variety of toppings are available at the Piatti de Pasta or Ensaladas stations that can be combined for a vegan pizza.

Rice sticks are available upon request for made-to-order pastas during lunch and dinner.
Our house marinara and olive oil are vegan sauce options.
A variety of vegetable and protein-based ingredients are available to choose from for made-to-order vegan entrees.
Vegan/Gluten-free rice wraps are available upon request for made-to-order sandwiches during lunch and dinner times. LTO (Limited Time Offer) specials can also be made with vegan/gluten-free wraps or bread substitutions.
Vinaigrette dressings and olive oil and vinegar are available as a vegan substitute for mayonnaise-based spreads.
A large variety of vegetable and protein-based items (tofu) are available at the made-to-order Explore Asian station to be combined in a customized vegan stir fry.
Our Curry sauce, Szechuan sauce, and Tamari (soy subsitute) are vegan sauce options to combine with a stir fry.
Jasmine rice is also vegan.
Lunch and dinner menus are on a rotation, and this concept line has new items daily. Please check with our chef for vegan options that are available for that particular day.

Hash browns and/or breakfast potatoes are served for breakfast on this line. See the Ensaladas line for additional breakfast options.
During lunch and dinner, vegan garden burgers and rice wraps are available upon request. Leaf lettuce may also be substituted for a hamburger bun.
Please note that french fries may be fried in the same oil as non-vegan items. Baked french fries are available upon request.
