Confidentiality

Health Services complies with all federal and state laws relating to privacy practices.

Our information and the information you share with our providers will not be shared outside Health Services unless:

  • You give permission to release information
  • Your behavior poses a threat to your safety or the safety of others (parents or other appropriate parties may be notified)
  • You require hospitalization (parents or other appropriate parties may be notified)
