My Bethel Community Account
Your Bethel Community Account, also referred to as a BCA, is tied to your username and password and is how you log into Bethel computers, your Blink account, your Bethel email, and other important resources. You may make changes to your Bethel Community Account using a tool called Identity Access Management (IAM) at iam.bethel.edu.
Changing Your Bethel Email Address
If you would like to change your Bethel email address, go to iam.bethel.edu. Once you log in, select "Manage Email Alias" in the left hand column under "Information Management." There you may select from other email address options.
Changing Your Bethel Password
Log into iam.bethel.edu, and in the lefthand column under "Password Management," select change password. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to perform a password reset by going to iam.bethel.edu and selecting the "Problems Logging In" button.
Managing Group and Shared Mailbox Requests
If you are an employee or student worker, you may need access to shared mailboxes as part of your work. You may request access to a Bethel shared mailbox or membership to an email list group through IAM.

Banner and Argos
Some employees use banner accounts for their work. Banner accounts are provided by the Enterprise and Application Systems group. If you are a Bethel employee or student worker, you may access Bethel information using Banner or Argos. If you need an account for this kind of work, your supervisor will fill out a Banner and Argos account request form.
Accessing Banner and Argos
- You may access Banner with your Banner account at https://bannerinb.bethel.
- You may access traditional Argos, or if your work group uses it, the Argos web viewer. Your work group will help you with their best practices.
- You can access Banner or Argos off campus using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.
