My Bethel Community Account 

Your Bethel Community Account, also referred to as a BCA, is tied to your username and password and is how you log into Bethel computers, your MyBethel account, your Bethel email, and other important resources. You may make changes to your Bethel Community Account using a tool called Identity Access Management (IAM)

Changing Your Bethel Email Address

Bethel community members who wish to use a different email address may select an email alias for their account. This does not change your Bethel username.

Changing Your Bethel Password

Changing your Bethel password will affect the password you use to log into anything Bethel related.

Problems Logging In

If you have forgotten your Bethel password, you will need to recover or reset it.

Group and Shared Mailboxes

If you are an employee or student worker, you may need access to a shared inbox as part of your work.

Managing Fileserver Storage Quota

If you receive a message on your computer saying you don't have enough space to save a file, you may have filled up your storage space in the ITS central file storage. 

Banner and Argos

Some employees use Banner accounts for their work. Banner accounts are provided by the Enterprise and Application Systems group. If you are a Bethel employee or student worker, you may access Bethel information using Banner or Argos. If you need an account for this kind of work, your supervisor will fill out a Banner and Argos account request form.
