Information Technology Services

Who We Are

Information Technology Services works to connect Bethel to the world, facilitating teaching and learning, and helping our community utilize technology. We work in a varity of areas, from assisting customers at the Help Desk, to maintaining our website and supporting applications that Bethel uses everyday. 

Getting Started

If you are new to Bethel, make our Getting Started page your first stop.There you will find useful information on connectiong to the network, accessing Moodle, printing at Bethel, and other services. 

Need Help?

Confluence, our knowledge base, is a great place to start. You can find articles with answers to common questions. For technology help or to report a problem contact our help desk at 651-638-6500 or email us at helpdesk@bethel.edu. If you would like to report a problem to the help desk you can open a footprints case at footprint.bethel.edu. 

Make a Request 

Whether you need to make a request related to Banner Accounts, a new employee's computer, software, or digital singage you can find it on our make a request page.

The ITS Help Desk is located in RC419. 

Monday-Thursday 7:30a.m.-8:00p.m.

Friday 7:30a.m.-6:00p.m.

Saturday Closed 

Sunday 2:00p.m.-10:00p.m.
