Information Technology Services

Who We Are

Information Technology Services works to connect Bethel to the world, facilitating teaching and learning and helping our community utilize technology. We work in a variety of areas, from assisting customers at the Help Desk to maintaining our website and supporting applications that Bethel uses everyday. 

Information Technology Services improves how Bethel uses technology by collaborating with you. We want to increase the satisfaction of faculty, staff, students, and friends of Bethel as they experience our university through technology. We want to help the university innovate efficient operations and enrich teaching and learning opportunities. ITS is led by Mark Posner, Vice President for Information Technology Services and Michael Spande, Senior ITS Director.

Getting Started

If you are new to Bethel, make our Getting Started page your first stop. There you will find useful information on connecting to the network, accessing Moodle, printing at Bethel, and other services. 

Need Help?

Confluence, our knowledge base, is a great place to start. You can find articles with answers to common questions. For technology help or to report a problem, visit our portal on the Bethel Service Center website. You may also contact our Help Desk at 651.638.6500 or email us at helpdesk@bethel.edu. Service outages can be reported 24/7 and the appropriate staff will be made available to respond.

Location and Hours 

Robertson Center (RC419) Help Desk Regular Hours-via phone/email support. On premise support by appointment only.

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am - 8 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 6 pm

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: 2 pm - 6 pm

Anderson Center (West 5) Help Desk Regular Hours- currently closed

Monday-Friday: 8 am - 10 am and 1-3 pm
