Brand consistency standards
All logos and official brand elements must be sourced directly from approved university files and used without alteration. AI tools should not be used to generate, recreate, or modify official university logos or branded assets.
AI tools can be helpful in creating marketing and communication materials; however, AI-generated images can introduce subtle inaccuracies in color, proportions, typography, and spacing. Even small deviations can compromise brand consistency and create confusion or misrepresentation. Following these standards ensures accuracy and protects the integrity of the university’s visual identity.
