All Bethel undergrad students are required to have health insurance. This can be through a family plan, an individual plan, or a plan that Bethel provides through a student health insurance provider.

Annual Proof of Insurance
All students are required to complete a yearly waiver form through their Blink account (Banner icon > Student tab > Student Health > Insurance Waiver Form). Students will either provide their current health insurance information or they can choose to purchase the plan Bethel offers. That insurance premium is billed to the student's account and is not refundable.
The deadline to complete the waiver form for students enrolled for Fall 2015 is August 10, 2015.
