Intracampus Mail
Post Office
Intracampus mail includes anything you’re sending to someone else on Bethel’s campus.
When you stop by the Post Office, make sure you put all Bethel mail in the intracampus mail slot. The outgoing mail slot is for stamped mail you’re sending off campus.
Student Stuffing Guidelines
All student distributions must be approved by the Office of Student Life.
After you receive approval, send an email to postoffice@bethel.edu containing the desired completion date, quantity of pieces, and who the pieces are going to (students, staff, faculty, etc.). The Post Office will prioritize distributions based on a first come, first serve basis.
Employee Stuffing Guidelines
If you’re planning to advertise your offering or event to the Bethel community, please contact the Office of Marketing and Communications before preparing your promotion.
We have a lot of communication going out to the Bethel campus and want to make sure all mailings are coordinated well so our community isn’t overloaded.
After preparing your announcement, the Post Office can distribute Monday-Friday from 8-10 a.m. and 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Returning Student Papers for Faculty
Our staff will return all student papers. We ask that all papers have the student’s first and last name on them, and are in numerical order by mailbox number.
Outside Organizations
Bethel does not allow outside organizations to distribute mailings on campus.
