The Athletic Training major at Bethel will prepare you to become a Certified Athletic Trainer. Will show you how Christian faith influences you as a practitioner who helps prevent injuries, responds to emergencies, and helps active individuals recover from injuries or medical conditions.
The Biokinetics major prepares applied scientists who can address a wide range of health needs related to lifestyle, aging, physical performance, and inactivity. You’ll examine human biological systems and their reaction to stressors on the body in order to develop strategies for preventing disease and injury, improving physical performance, and increasing quality of life.
The Health Education 5-12 and Physical Education K–12 majors equip graduates to teach others about health and human movement in a holistic way, addressing physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. As an ambassador for health and wellness, you’ll promote benefits of wellness and physical activity, including better fitness, nutrition, character development, teamwork, and enjoyment of leisure time.
