AESC and the nursing department regularly partner to offer exam reviews and practical skills tutoring sessions. For term-specific information on help with nursing courses, see your course syllabi or contact Vicki Sanford at 651.638.6416.

Some nursing science prerequisite courses are also supported through Science Help Sessions.

Science Help Sessions (CC 120)

Sunday 7:45–9:45 p.m.
Monday 7–9 p.m.
Tuesday 11:15–12:05 pm and 7–9 p.m.
Wenesday 7–9 p.m.
Thursday 11:15–12:05 pm and 7–9 p.m.

Tutors can be most effective if you have attempted your assignment and come with questions.

Individual Tutoring

If you’re visiting the help sessions and still struggling with assignments, studying or understanding course concepts, you can apply for individual peer tutoring (pdf).

Tutoring provide one-on-one assistance for your course, 2 hours per week. Tutors are Bethel students who have completed the course for which they tutor. Students working with individual tutors complete coursework before tutoring sessions, then meet with their tutors to review, clarify and solidify their knowledge.
