AESC office and the nursing department partner to offer tutoring services for specific nursing courses.

  • Spring sophomore: Skills tutoring sessions and exam reviews for NUR202 and NUR302.

  • Juniors: Exam reviews for NUR313 and NUR314

  • Seniors: Exam reviews for NUR411 and NUR419

Science help sessions (CC 120)

Drop-in support is available for nursing prerequisite science courses such as Anatomy, Intro to Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular and Celluar Biology, and Physiology.

Tutors can be most effective if you have attempted your assignment and come with questions.

Tutor-led study small groups

If you’re visiting the help sessions and still struggling with assignments, studying or understanding course concepts, you can apply for Tutor-led study small groups.

Tutoring provide assistance for your course, two hours per week. Tutors are Bethel students who have completed the course for which they tutor. Students working with individual tutors complete coursework before tutoring sessions, then meet with their tutors to review, clarify and solidify their knowledge.
